Women's Ski Slopestyle Final
Canada's Kaya Turski won her third Winter X Games Tignes Slopestyle event today beating out Australia's Anna Segal and became the first athlete to three-peat at any Tignes event. Turski entered today's coming from a three-peat win from Winter X Games Aspen in January. Today's final proved Turski is the one to beat with a switch 540 onto the flatdown box in the rail garden adding switch tricks in both directions. Turski won the event with her second run, but did a victory run landing a difficult switch 1080 on the last jump. Segal was the only woman to hit the transfer rail on the bottom of the course, but her runs weren't enough to catch Turski's score of 92.66. Segal earned silver with a score of 91.00 just above Canada's Dara Howell, who took home the bronze.
