SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental: Unique panoramas and Tyrolean produce
This very special culinary experience, which takes place in the morning and affords splendid 360 degree panoramic views, is offered by 22 rustic huts and mountain inns, all easily accessible on the Wilder Kaiser – Brixental’s 12 summer lifts.
An experience even for gourmets, since most of the SkiWelt huts consider it a matter of honour to spoil guests with regional and seasonal products, some also organic. With homemade jams, local butter, Tyrolean ham and bacon, farmhouse bread, free range eggs, yoghurt with fresh fruit and juices, the taste of nature is there to be enjoyed. Every hut boasts its own specialities that make breakfast unique: From a “classic” breakfast, savoury with bacon and eggs or sweet with jam and honey, to a traditional white sausage or “hunter’s” breakfast - each hut tries to create breakfast with its own distinct taste and style.
Those wishing to savour this natural culinary experience can simply hop on one of the twelve summer lifts in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental region and head conveniently up to the hut of choice. Once there, soaking up the morning sun from one of the many sunny terraces is simply heavenly. With the SkiWelt Hiking Experience Pass, there’s a new mountain destination to discover every day. Taking the lift means the journey uphill is a pleasure for even the littlest of mountaineers; senior citizens and people with disabilities can also enjoy the natural scenery at the very top thanks to these convenient cable cars - most lifts and facilities are accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs. Then after breakfast, there are 6 unique mountain theme parks to visit, with fun and adventure for young and old. They also make an exciting alternative if the weather decides not to play along...
