The decision has never been this hard for the international jury
On the 30th of November the international jury met to elect eight ispo BrandNew winners out of more than 270 submissions. Due to the high quality level of the products the election has never been this hard.
Throughout a detailed selection process more and more products fall out of the title race, but thereby the decision became even harder. After a long day of controversial discussion the winners were set.
Robert Schroots, jury member and sponsor of the award with YKK: „I´m impressed and pleased with the quality and high standard of the products in the competition. The decision was very difficult, but I`m happy with the winner and finalist selection“.
These are the winners
Finally the jury has made their decision and these 9 brands are the proud winners of the 20th ispo BrandNew Awards. Theit outstanding products and innovations convinced the jury and stood out in the crowd of 282 applicants from 29 countries in total. In addition to a premium booth in the ispo BrandNew Village, the brands will receive widespread publicity and appearance throughout the sporting goods industry. Online, you can get a first impression of the products but also take your chance to meet them in hall C2.
42 more finalists
There can only be one winner per category, but there are far more young brands that deserved to be presented at ispo. These 42 brands also impressed the jury with their products and are awarded as finalists. As the best ones in their category, they were selected to receive a booth in the ispo BrandNew Village and will also be featured in the ispo BrandNew Magazine and all related media. All brands can be very proud of what they achieved as the selection was very hard and only about one of five got awarded.

New website online
This year it is the 20th anniversary of the ispo BrandNew Awards. We are celebrating it with several special activities and also a new website. So far, it features the winners and finalists but will soon be upgraded with mutiple features like permanent news from our winners, finalists and sponsors, community area where important facts for newcomers will be discussed and presented, history of former winners and many more.
