Also the victory in the third Continental Cup competition this summer went to Slovenia
SKI JUMPING, COC-M. After Robert Kranjec and Jure Sinkovec in Kranj, Peter Prevc now won the first event in Stams (AUT). The 18-year-old showed jumps on 113 m and 112 m that earned him a total of 260.5 points. "The competition was really good and we had fair conditions", said Prevc, who still sees room for improvement for himself. "My jumps weren't bad, but I can do better."

Young Pole Aleksander Zniszczol finished second with two jumps on 111.5 m and 253.9 points and confirmed his good performances from last weekend. "I'm not so satisfied with my jumps today, but the result is good again. I hope that I can show my best tomorrow and that I can be on the podium again."
With Jure Sinkovec (111 m and 113 m; 252.2 points), also the third place went to the Slovenian team. "It's a great hill and I like it very much, although I had problems adjusting to it. I'm happy with the result, but not with my performance. I'm in a good shape and I still have reserves."
Junshiro Kobayashi from Japan came in fourth and showed his best performance in a Continental Cup so far.
Behind the Japanese, Kenneth Gangnes (NOR), Bartlomiej Klusek (POL) and Anton Kalinitschenko (RUS) landed on the places five to seven.
David Winkler was the best of the German team as eighth, followed by the best of the local heroes from Austria, Andreas Strolz.
