Champion skier Bode Miller is engaged to Morgan Beck, a pro beach volleyball player and model. Miller, a five-time Olympic gold medalist, announced the news on Twitter Monday (Sept. 17), along with a picture of the engagement ring.

"I have found the one!!! And convinced her to marry me," he tweeted.

Miller later added, "It was a process @MorganEBeck is hard to convince. I'm super excited."

Beck tweeted her own response, thanking fans "for all the love" and that the athletic couple "could not be more excited!"
Beck, 25, blogged that she's moving to San Diego to live on a yacht with Miller. She played volleyball at Cal and has earned $5.5 thousand in two years on the beach circuits.
Miller, 34, is a five-time Olympic medalist who won gold at the 2010 Vancouver Games in the super combined. The New Hampshire native made headlines at the 2006 Games for his late night partying in Torino. His best finish in those Games was fifth in the downhill.
