The World Cup is a combination of events for the different ski and snowboard disciplines distributed
in rounds, which have been held at world-famous winter resorts during the entire
skiing season each year according to a schedule previously agreed-upon
by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
World championships (skiing and snowboarding) have been held every two years at world-famous
winter resorts previously selected by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
