28 September 2012 - 10:28 Sheep storm St Anton sports shop for a new fleece jacket :)
FUN. A heard of sheep stormed an Intersport sports shop in the Austrian ski resort of St Anton am Arlberg this weekend. Around eighty sheep forced their way through a door and stormed into the shop.
The sheep caused chaos sending bikes and sports equipment flying as shocked shoppers looked on. According to the shop boss one of the sheep had seen sheep reflections in the mirror of the shop windows and had become so irritated he wanted to get to it. He got through the door and all the other sheep followed.
After having a good look round and causing a few hundred Euro worth of damage the sheep turned around and left the shop of their own accord.
Only last year Laura the cow became famous after she went walkabout at the Intersport at a shopping centre in Serfaus, Austria, where she was videoed walking through the store before she was lassoed by security staff.
The hungry heifer had wandered into the warm building looking for food after an early blizzard covered her grazing pastures with snow.
After chewing her way through two sports bras and a T-shirt, security guards managed to hitch her to a dumbbell with a skipping rope. But not before she'd left a cow pat in front of the mirror.
